Title: Study the cerebral infarction patients before and after treatment of plasma homocysteine levels of change
Abstract: Objective: To study the cerebral infarction patients with folic acid,vitamin B 12 before and after treatment of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) levels of change and clinical significance.Method Detection of 114 patients with cerebral infarction and 99 healthy controls of the Hcy,folate,vitamin B 12 levels;then cerebral infarction group were randomly divided into treatment group and non-medication group,medication group were given vitamin B 12 folic acid preparation combined therapy,treatment for 4 weeks after the re-Measurement of plasma Hcy,folic acid and vitamin B 12 levels.Results: Between the cerebral infarction group and the control of plasma Hcy,folic acid and vitamin B 12 levels there is significant difference(P 0.01);to be added folic acid and vitamin B 12 after treatment,medication plasma Hcy levels were significantly decreased(P 0.01).Conclusions: Increased Hcy level cerebrovascular diseases in an independent risk factor;reduce Hcy levels to reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction is of great clinical significance.
