Title: Clinical Study of Intravenous Analgesia with Sufentanil After Thoracotomy
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of intravenous analgesia with sufentanil after thoracotomy.Method: 80 patients with ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱwere randomly divided into M group(with morphine 0.4mg/ml) and S group(with sufentanil 1ug/ml),40 cases in each group.The drug doses at 4,8,16,24 hour,pressing times of PCA,the visual analogue score(VAS),the side-effects and life vital signs were recorded.Result: Both of two groups had effective analgesia.The VAS was significantly lower in S group than that in M group.The pressing times of PCA were significantly lower in M group than those in S group.The doses of drug using were no significantly difference.The side effects like nausea occurred more in M group than that in S group.Conclusion: It is an effective way to intravenous analgesia with sufentanil after thoracotomy,and with less side effects.
