Title: Purification and composition analysis of polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris solid fermentation medium
Abstract: To study the purification and composition of polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris solid fermentation medium,the crude polysaccharides(CMSMP)were obtained by water extraction and alcohol precipitation,then removal of protein by enzymatic hydrolysis and Sevage in this experiment. The deproteinated CMSMP were purified by DEAE-cellulose 52,and it was analyzed by the techniques of UV,cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis and Sephadex G-150. Composition was analyzed by HPLC and IR. The results showed that CMSMP1 was homogeneous polysaccharides which were composed of xylose,arabinose and glucose. IR showed CMSMP1 had a typical absorption peak of the polysaccharide.
