Title: Comparison of Effects of Propafenone and TEAP in the treatment of supraventricular tachycardia
Abstract: objective:Compare the clinical efficacy of Propafenone with trans-esophageal atrial pacing(TEAP) in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT) in the clinical efficacy.Method:Patients with supraventricular tachycardia history, who were diagnosed PSVT by the electrocardiogram, were randomly divided into two groups:(1) 46 patients, according to Ning Pe Yui's Atrial Pacing Practical Clinical Manual,1986, used S1 S1 non-programmed stimulation method to prohibit and S1 S2 programmed stimulation method to terminate PSVT using pre-period stimulation;(2)43 cases were treated with propafenone hydrochloride injection,70-210mg per time;observe and record the electrocardiogram, blood pressure after intravenous injection to understand the effects on patients blood pressure, heart rate and so on..Results:PSVT termination rate of TEAP(group was 89.1(,PSVT termination rate of propafenone group was 87.6(.There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion:TEAP treatment is safe, reliable, simple and there are less side effects.
