Title: Effects of Different Treatments on Patients with Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia
Abstract: Objective To compare the effects of different treatment on patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Methods Clinical data of 52 cases treated by Vagal stimulation, Cedilanid, ATP, Propafenone and Transesophageal pacing were analyzed retrospectively. Results The effective rates were: 19.05% (Vago-neurostimulation), 69.52% (Cediland), 77.78% (ATP), 92.50% (Propafenone), 100% (Transesphageal atrial pacing). Conclusions The effective rates of Transesphageal pacing and Propafenone were highest. The next were Cedilanid and ATP. The effective rate of Vago-Neurostimulation was the lowest.
