'(8-methoxypsoralen)に起因すると思われる,黄疸を伴った薬剤性肝障害の一症例を報告した.本薬剤がその副作用として肝障害を惹起することは少なく,黄疸の出現例は一症例が報告されているのみである.症例は26歳の主婦で,Methoxsalenを6ヵ月間,総量約1,200mg服用の後に黄疸が出現した.肝機能検査はGOT': [1], '(610)・GPT': [2], '(370)の上昇,alk.': [3], 'Paseの高値,ICGの遅延,γ-globulinの増加を,末梢血は好酸球増多(8%)を示した.6年前にも本薬剤の服用後に黄疸が出現したことより,実質上のchallenge': [4], 'test陽性と考えられた.腹腔鏡直視下生検で得た肝組織は,肝細胞の小葉中心性壊死の所見を示した.肝障害の発生機序についてはdelayed': [5],
