Abstract: Objective: To promote the new recruits nurses into the working state as soon as possible, to enhance the professional quality, to meet the social demand for care services industry, we improve the implementation of pre-job training combined with specialized training measures. Methods: For new recruits nurses and hospital characteristics, we have developed a more comprehensive pre-job training measures, and for the characteristics of hospital departments which the new recruits nurses will engage in, we have developed a specialized training and we will then combine these two methods used in the new recruits nurses group. Results: After three weeks of pre-service training and four weeks of specialized training, more than 90 percent of new recruits nurses passed the examination with honors, and they learned a lot. Conclusion: After comprehensive pre-job training and specialized training, integrated qualities and professional skills of the new recruits nurses has been greatly improved, so we firmly believe that this approach deserves to be promoted.
