Title: Investigation and analysis of new nurse training needs basing position competency
Abstract: Objective To understand unified training needs of the new nurses in hospital from all levels of nursing staff, and to provide the basis for making training program with our new nurse characteristics. Methods My courtyard 485 nurses were sampled survey through The new nurse training needs survey questionnaire of basing position competency , which was a self design. Results Through the analysis, the demand degree of the three dimension theory, skills and attitudes of the first 15, 10, 2 training content was high, and 8 kinds of training methods were more acceptable to everyone. Conclusion New nurse need standardized training, but that should be based on the status of new nurses training needs to develop feasible specification training program, in order to ensure the effectiveness of training, so that the new nurses adapt to clinical nursing post as soon as possible.
