The link between employees' satisfacti...The major concern of manager and scholars interested in organizational commitment is to outline the superlative system for employees to improve job satisfaction. The link between employees' satisfaction and their organizational commitment is mounting as a significant organizational topic particularly as business industries are recovering from the worldwide financial distress. The main purpose of this paper is to scrutinize the impact of self-efficacy, effort and trait competitiveness on organization commitment through job satisfaction. Convenient sampling is used and data is collected through questionnaire with sample size of 250 respondents from financial sector of Pakistan, which then analyzed by SPSS 17. Factor analysis, reliability, regression and correlation analysis is used to investigate the direct and mediating association between key variables. The research outcomes show that self-efficacy and effort is fundamental to positive organizational results such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction.Read More
