Further, service quality provided by an organization is one of the most important factor affecting future success of firm. Hence, the purpose of current study is to investigate the relationship between management commitment to providing high quality services, job satisfaction, and improving organizational performance. Statistical population was employees of Islamic Republic of Iran's Custom Office. Sampling was random method and sample size estimated at 184 people. In this research, structural equation modeling was used to analyze data to test proposed hypotheses. To data analysis and hypothesis testing, LISERL software was employed to achieve research goals. Results of the study indicated that there is positive relationship between management commitment to service quality and organizational performance improvement. However, other hypothesis was not supported by the data. The managerial implications would be provided at the end of paper.Read More
