The purpose of this project is to design a test fixture to vibrate cultured mammalian cells while providing an appropriate temperature for the cells while on the fixture. The second aim of this study is to validate the test fixture to assure that the vibratory stimulus applied to the fixture vibrates all the cells at the same frequency and acceleration, and that the stimulus does not cause cell necrosis.Read More
