Abstract: Abstract This chapter discusses European Union Law and references to the European Court of Justice. Following the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) no longer has jurisdiction over UK courts and its future decisions are not binding on UK courts. It considers the provisions established by the European Union (Future Relationship) Act 2020 and the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill.
