Title: Negra é a Mão que Limpa o Brasil: trabalhadoras domésticas no romance Solitária de Eliana Alves Cruz
Abstract: O trabalho doméstico no Brasil segue sendo um legado da escravidão colonial. A colonialidade materializada no racismo, sexismo e classismo da sociedade brasileira continua transformando os corpos das mulheres negras em coisa/mercadoria. O sistema colonialista não ficou no passado, ele ainda permanece submetendo mulheres negras a trabalhos precários e extenuantes. Neste artigo, pretendo refletir, a partir do romance Solitária (2022), de Eliana Alves Cruz, sobre o trabalho doméstico pelos olhares das personagens Eunice e Mabel (mãe e filha), mulheres negras que passam boa parte do seu tempo de vida servindo a uma abastada família branca brasileira. Para além da exploração dessa mão de obra, também busco apresentar no texto essas duas mulheres negras trabalhadoras enquanto sujeitas e agentes reflexivas. Palavras Chave: Arte Literária. Solitária.
