Title: PARADIGM OF ISLAMIC PSYCHOLOGY AS A BRIDGE IN DEALING WITH SOCIAL SOLIDARITY CONFLICTS
Abstract: Social solidarity can be interpreted as a solider nature related to emotional and moral that is created in the relationship between individuals or groups for mutual trust and common goals. The existence of social solidarity is formed because of racial and ethnic similarity which makes them help each other. However, lately there have been many social solidarity conflicts in the community. Various kinds of things can cause this conflict, from trivial matters such as mocking each other to differences of opinion and views between residents. These problems are getting bigger as a result of not being dealt with and resulting in disputes and fights that eventually take lives. Kind of this research is library or literature. The purpose of this study; to describe the paradigm of Islamic psychology as a bridge to deal with conflicts of social solidarity. Islamic psychology places qolbu as the center of human self. Because qolbu is seen as being able to know something above logic, is inclined to truth and has the power to influence things and events. In dealing with social solidarity conflicts, Islamic psychology itself emphasizes the psycho spiritual aspects of looking at humans. By increasing the quality of faith in God, humans will readily accept differences, because differences are sunnatulloh. In addition, Islamic psychology also shows the duties and responsibilities that are carried out to prosper the nature and life that has been given by God.
