Title: The Role of Students Readiness for E-learning and Satisfaction from Educational Services Quality in their EducationalEagerness.
Abstract: Research Aim: The present research was done by considering role of student’s readiness for electronic learning andSatisfaction from educationalServices quality in their education Eagerness.
Research method:The research method was descriptive of Correlation. The research population included all students (Associate in Arts, Bachelor of arts, and Master of arts) of P.N university of Ardebil. Which were 5400 participants among them 2200 participants were selected through Krejcie & Morgan's table randomly as sample. Educational services questionnaries of servqual، readiness for e‐learning questionnaire of Watkins et al. (2004) and Educational enthusiasm questionnaire of Schaufeli et al. (2002) were used for gathering data. The research data were analysed by SPSS22 Software, using Pearson correlation test, multiple simultaneous regression and t-test.
Findings: The findings showed that there is possitive relationshipbetween readiness Components for electronic learning, and Student's satisfaction components from educational Services quality with Their educational enthusiasm. The results of mutiple simultaneous regression showed that readiness for e-learning and satisfaction from education Servicesqualityexplained 84.4% of educational enthusiam variance of P.N university students of Ardebil. (R2=0/844)
Conclusion:According to the results, it Can be stated that readiness variables for electronic learning and satisfactionfrom educational Servicesquality have capability of pridiction of educational enthusiasm of P.N university students of Ardebil.
