Abstract:The morphology and anatomical structure changes of P.puberula leaves under different sunlight intensity were studied by artificial facility cultivation to provide references for establishment,developm...The morphology and anatomical structure changes of P.puberula leaves under different sunlight intensity were studied by artificial facility cultivation to provide references for establishment,development and utilization of artificial planting technology of P.puberula.Results:Leaf area decreased gradually,leaf colors became shallow,the cell densities of leaf epidermis and vein diameters increased significantly with the increase of light intensity within certain limits.In the shading treatments and controls,the related morphological indexes had significant changes,including leaf shapes,leaf margins,blade tips,leaf textures,cell morphology of leaf upper epidermis.Compared with controls,the difference of following indices under shading condition were very significant,i.e.leaf thickness,leaf upper epidermis thickness,palisade tissue thickness and spongy tissue thickness.Leaf lower epidermis thickness,the cell morphology and cell densities of leaf lower epidermis were affected tinily by light intensity.Read More
