Abstract:In order to investigate the shade trait of Diflugossa colorata.The plant height,leaf area,chlorophyll content and leaf structure were measured under the different shading.The results showed that,compa...In order to investigate the shade trait of Diflugossa colorata.The plant height,leaf area,chlorophyll content and leaf structure were measured under the different shading.The results showed that,compared with CK,the plant height and leaf area increased with the degree of shading increases,and the plant became soft above shading 70%.The Diflugossa colorata had 1layer palisade tissue with relatively developed spongy tissue.Under the shading,the leaf,palisade tissue and spongy tissue thickness was smaller than CK,and the ratio of the palisade and spongy tissue became small,while the ratio of Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b reduced with the increase of shading.The results showed that the Diflugossa colorata can growth under the environment of shading degree 60%~70%.Read More
