Title: Síndrome de Burnout, teletrabalho e revolução tecnológica
Abstract: A presente incursão teórica tem como escopo refletir juridicamente acerca dos impactos tecnológicos causados nas relações de trabalho pela Quarta Revolução Tecnológica ou Indústria 4.0, que facilitou a modalidade de trabalho denominada ‘Teletrabalho’ pela Reforma Trabalhista de 2017, na era da sociedade globalizada, notadamente no atual cenário de crise epidemiológica provocada pela Covid-19. Ademais, analisa-se o aumento do risco de agravamento da saúde do trabalhador, com a ocorrência da Síndrome de Burnout, como consequência direta do teletrabalho demasiadamente imposto à classe trabalhadora durante a pandemia do novo vírus, que foi ratificado pelo Estado para manutenção das atividades empresariais, sem pensar na saúde mental do obreiro. Nesse sentido, verifica-se a legislação de emergência editada para regular as relações laborais durante a crise do vírus Sars-Cov-2 e sua correlação com a retomada do movimento neoliberal de precarização do direito do trabalho, que elevou o adoecimento profissional dos que laboram remotamente. A problemática central consiste em até que ponto as inovações tecnológicas da Indústria 4.0 têm sido benéficas ao direito do trabalho, haja vista os seus impactos até mesmo na legislação trabalhista, em especial, durante a crise de Covid-19. Para tanto, é desenvolvida pesquisa bibliográfica e exploratória, por meio de revisão teórica, de cunho indutivo, a partir de obras consolidadas pela crítica nacional, bem como de textos legislativos e da Constituição Federal. Nesse sentido, espera-se tornar esse trabalho de fundamental importância para a comunidade acadêmica e social, a fim de dar concretude aos direitos trabalhistas e construir um pensamento jurídico emancipador.
