Title: Coronary artery bypass grafting in coronary heart disease
Abstract: Objective To approach the treatment of coronary artery bypass grafting in coronary heart disease. Methods Surgery under general anesthesia, conventional tracheal intubation, standard midline sternotomy in cision in 42 patients, cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in 18 patients, and the remain 24 patients in the off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG),from the saphenous vein (SVG) and the left internal mammary artery (LIMA) at the same time. Left internal mammary artery (LIMA) and anterior descending (LAD) 42 cases, per bypass patients (2.4±0.8) branch in coronary artery bypass grafting.Results There were no death, the average operation time (3.2±0.5) hours, with an average of (12±6) hours tracheal intubation time. All patients survived operation were followed up. Conclusion CABG is anahernative treatment of coronary disease. It is satisfactory, the early myocardial revascularization and result satisfactory.
