Title: Effect of feedforward control on safety management and quality of nursing in operation room
Abstract: Objective
To explore the effect of feedforward control on the safety management and quality of nursing in operation room.
Methods
A total of 240 surgeries performed in the operating room of this hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research objects.According to the operation time and whether feedforward control was adopted, 120 surgeries from January 2016 to December 2016 were the control group, and 120 surgeries from January 2017 to December 2017 were the experimental group. The risk event rate, nursing quality score and physician patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results
The experimental group of operation room nursing risk events incidence rate of 2.50% was significantly lower than the control group 9.17%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of the operation room nursing theory, nursing work attitude, safety management assessment and nursing error behavior, nursing records quality in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). In the experimental group, the satisfaction of the operating room physician was 88.33%, which was significantly hi gher than 77.50% in the control group (P<0.05), and the patient satisfaction was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusions
The predictive feedforward control method in operation room nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk events, improve the quality of nursing work and nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of popularization and application.
