Title: Influence of nursing intervention on depressive emotion and neural rehabilitation of patients with acute severe stroke
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the influence of nursing intervention on depressive emotion and neural rehabilitation of acute severe stroke patients.Methods From February 2009 to November 2010,65 patients with acute severe stroke in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group(33 patients) and the control group(32 patients),the control group received routine care,the observation group strengthened psychological and behavioral interventions on the basis of routine care,the recovery condition of two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,neurological deficit scores and activities of daily living scale scores of the observation group were (12.15±3.31),(17.65±5.47),(51.79±7.20),significantly better than (18.26±3.82),(26.30±4.63),(40.52±3.91) of the control group.Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve depressive emotion of acute severe stroke patients,and conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
