Title: The efficacy and safety of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with pulmicort respules spray inhalation in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children
Abstract: Objective
To investigate the efficacy and safety of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with pulmicort respules spray inhalation in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children.
Methods
160 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was treated with conventional treatment, and experimental group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride and pulmicort respules spray inhalation. The overall treatment effect, respiratory rate, oxyhemoglobin saturation, correlated clinical indexes and safety in two groups were compared.
Results
The overall effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistically significant difference (P 0.05).
Conclusion
Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with pulmicort respules spray inhalation has significant effect in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children, with high safety, of reference in clinical practice.
