Title: Clinical effect of the inhalation of Asarone injection mixed with Pulmicort respules on children with bronchiolitis
Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of inhalation of asarone mixed with pulmicort respules on children with bronchiolitis.METHODS 82 children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into control and treatment group.The two groups were received basical therapy of anti-infection,oxygen inhalation and sputum suction.The treatment group was assist-treated with inhalation of asarone mixed with pulmicort respules, and the control group were assist-treated with aminophylline.The clinical efficacy and time of symptoms duration were observed.RESULTS The effective rate of the treatment group was higher and the time of symptoms duration was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference.CONCLUSION Inhalation of asarone mixed with pulmicort respules may alleviate the symptom of dyspnea and shorten the hospitalization time for patients with bronchiolitis.It is worthwhile to be widely used for its remarkably effect and safety.
