Title: Research on the effect of surgical rehabilitation nursing intervention model on the development level and movement level of children with spastic cerebral palsy
Abstract: Objective
To explore the effect of surgical rehabilitation nursing intervention model on the development level and movement level of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
Methods
A total of 120 children with spastic cerebral palsy in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The mental development indexes and motor development indexes of children of the two groups were compared, and the satisfaction of children's parents were compared.
Results
After the intervention, the Gesell score and PDI score of the two groups were significantly higher than before intervention (P<0.05), but the Gesell score and PDI score of the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The parents of the experimental group were significantly more satisfied with the nursing work (P<0.05).
Conclusions
Effective rehabilitation nursing intervention for children with spastic cerebral palsy can effectively alleviate the condition, promote the development of children, and help the development of motor function of the children.
