'Conplex)加MMP-1和MMP-3单克隆抗体染色以检测MMP-1和MMP-3的表达.结果在经韧带型脱出和游离型标本中普遍有包含巨噬细胞,纤维母细胞及毛细血管的肉芽组织存在.而在凸出及韧带下突出型标本中很少见,在非突出型标本中,无肉芽组织表达.在肉芽组织中的大部分细胞和软骨细胞(纤维环和髓核)有明显的染色阳性的MMP-1和MMP-3的表达.突出组织中的MMP-1和MMP-3含量较非突出组织中的含量明显增高(P＜0.01),游离型和经韧带型脱出标本中的MMP-1和MMP-3的表达较韧带下脱出和凸出型增高(P＜0.05).MMP-1、MMP-3可能与椎间盘退变及突出等病理改变有关.在突出椎间盘中,与肉芽组织炎性细胞有关的MMP-1、MMP-3的阳性表达,提示这些蛋白酶与组织降解造成的椎间盘病理改变有关系。':
