Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical or pathologically confirmed by the 7cases of liver abscess CT, all patients were confirmed by CT scan hepatic arterial phase, portal phase, balance of dynamic contrast-enhanced scan, 1 case of delayed 7 minutes then scan. Results 7 cases of a total of 10liver abscess. Three dynamic enhanced MRI signs:6 typical abscess in four cases, showed double loop sign; an abscess had no enhancement phase enhanced the performance of balance on the edge just to clear; an edge enhancement was tumor sign. 4 cases does not typical abscess in three petal and tumor size sign; a show cluster sign andcontinuing to strengthen the sign, while changing the boundary clear sharp. 4 of 10 abscesses in the liver parenchyma around the abscess, showed a transient arterial phase hepatic enhancement. Conclusion Dynamic contrast-enhanced spiral CT scan phases of liver abscess, especially in atypical liver abscesses had a higher diagnostic value.
