It is the most important ruecbanism for controlling eukaryotes protein quality and maintaining normal cell function. The ERAD process contains there steps: (1) substrate (the misfolded proteions) recognition,(2)dislocadon and unbiquitination, and (3)degradation. Any one of them blocked will lead to cell function obstacle, and may further lead to the occurrence and dev Elopement of the disease. According to recent decades research, ERAD is involved in the occurrence of diseases such as COPD,lung cancer and cystic fibrosis process. The research progress of correlation factors which participated in READ are reviewed in this paper.
