Local cuisines, unique homes, ethnicity shown are linked to the images in the past and the rituals related to communities’ beliefs which are the attributes that tourists place priority but they have an opportunity to know under the level of importance. It is a crucial matter which must be paid more attention and solved urgently. Importantly, ethnic tourism has offered originally cultural identities, such as grooming which is able to demonstrate ethnic identities, communication with the simply ethnic language, the expressions of authentic ethnicity, locally raw material used for crafts, and handworks reflecting ethnic identities.
