Title: Psychological nursing intervention on fracture patients negative emotion and quality of life
Abstract: Objective To investigate the psychological nursing intervention on fracture patients negative emotion and quality of life. Methods 80 cases of fracture patients were randomly assigned into psychological nursing intervention group and 40 patients in the usual care group. Compared two groups of patients on admission and discharge SAS, SDS scores and quality of life of the score changes. Results The two groups of patients at discharge, SAS and SDS scores were significantly decreased(P 0.05), and psychological nursing intervention group SAS score, SDS score than the control group decreased more significantly(t=2.327, t=2.586,P 0.05). Two groups of patients at discharge quality of life scores were significantly improved at admission, and postoperative psychological care of the quality of life in the intervention group was significantly higher score(t=2.143,2.326,2.487,2.731,P 0.05). Conclusion Patients with fractures implementation of psychological care interventions can significantly improve the patient's anxiety, depression and other negative psychological mood, improve the patient's quality of life.
