Title: Analysis on Frequency of Syndrome,Prescription and Herbs in Academician CHEN Ke-ji's Treatment for Coronary Heart Disease
Abstract: Objective To summarize Dr.CHEN Ke-ji's academic thoughts and analyze his clinical treatment laws for coronary heart disease cases.Methods A total of 91 medical records of coronary heart disease cases treated by Dr.CHEN Ke-ji were inputted into a database.The symptoms of cases,Chinese medical diagnoses,therapeutic principles,prescriptions of herbal medicines were analyzed by SQL Server tools.Results The syndromes of 91 coronary heart disease cases were mostly phlegm with blood stasis,qi-deficiency with blood stasis,qi and yin deficiency.The prescriptions were frequently modified from Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction(Trichosanthes-Allium Pinellia Decoction),Shengmai Powder(Pulse Engendering Powder),Coronary Heart Prescription Ⅱ(Prescription Ⅱ for coronary heart disease),and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction),etc.The Chinese herbs frequently used were Gua Lou(Fructus Trichosanthis),Ban Xia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Xie Bai(Bulbus Allii Macrostemi),Chuan Xiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Chi Shao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Yan Hu Suo(Rhizoma Corydalis),Hong Hua(Flos Carthami),and Dan Shen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae),etc.Conclusion The result of analysis reveals that Academician CHEN's academic thoughts and experience in the treatment of coronary heart disease are dissolving phlegm,activating blood circulation,invigorating qi,replenishing yin,and simultaneous treatment for the heart and stomach.
