Title: Optimization of Solid Fermentation Conditions of Aspergillus niger HQ-1 to Produce Carboxymethyl Cellulase
Abstract: The solid fermentation conditions of Aspergillus niger HQ-1 to produce carboxymethyl cellulase were optimized by single-factor test and response surface method(RSM) as follows: corn stover powder 6.0 g,wheat bran 6.0 g,(NH4)2SO4 1.5 g,KH2PO4 1.6 g,MgSO4·7H2O 0.8 g,moisture content 73.9 %,initial pH 3.93,culture temperature and time were at 34.1 ℃ and 96 h respectively. After the optimization, the activity of produced carboxymethyl cellulase could reach to 317.103 U/g,3.84 times higher than carboxymethyl cellulase activity(65.507 U/g) under the unoptimized conditions.
