Title: Facilitating the neogenesis of blood vessels of gilomas cells and its effection on expression of angiogenin-2
Abstract: Objective: To discuss the influence of the role of human neurospongioma cells infacilitating human vascular endothelial cells and expression of neurospongioma angiogenin-2.Methods:HUVECs were cultured by modified Jaffe methods and induced to develop tubular structure by Matrigel. Thus set up a stable angiogenesis system and added the stimulating factor.Neurospongioma cells were fractional cultivated in vitro and the expression of Ang-2 protein was detected by immuncytochemical methods. Finally the date was analyzed by statistics. Results:HUVECs could be induced to form tubular structure by Matrigel in vitro. After treatment with the conditional medium of tumor cells, the number of tubules increased in a dose-dependent manner. The expression of Ang-2 increased in neurospongioma cells. Conclusion:Angiogenesis can be induced by neurospongioma cells;the expression of Ang-2 in neurospongioma upregulates and in positive correlation with grade of tumor.
