Title: Arsenic trioxide on tumor vascular endothelial cell in vitro
Abstract: Objective:Arsenic trioxide(As2O3) on tumor vascular endothelial cell growth and function of inhibition and its related anti-angiogenic mechanism. Methods:The cells differentiated into tumor-derived endothelial cells(Td-ECs) by co-culturing with supernatants of HepG2 cells,The anti-effect of As2O3 on Td-ECs was detected with cell migration, flow cytometry experiments, flow cytometry, blood vessel formation assay. Results:As2O3 Td-EC in vitro significantly promote apoptosis, and inhibited their migration and blood vessel formation, under the same conditions over the apoptosis of HUVEC,migration and angiogenesis of the effect. Conclusion:As2O3 specifically inhibit in vitro growth and function of Td-EC.
