Title: Discussion of the time and approach of the gastric canal inserting in intraoperative patient with esophageal cancer by general anesthesia
Abstract: Objective To discuss the time and approach of the gastric canal inserting in intraoperative patient with esophageal cancer by general anesthesia. Methods 180 patients were divided into 3 groups randomly. Group A1 were inserted the gastric canal under laryngoscope after being given general anesthesia. Group A2 were inserted the gastric canal after being given trachea cannula under laryngoscope. Group B were inserted gastric canal consciously. It has been observed that what's the difference between the 3 groups in BP,HR,nausea,vomiting,single-time success ratio in 1 minute before and after being inserted the gastric canal.Results BP,HR,nausea,vomiting in Group B were obviously increased while Group A1 and A2 were normal. There were significant difference. And the single-time success ratio of inserting the gastric canal in Group A2 is the highest one. Conclusion It is proper to insert the gastric canal by laryngoscope in patient with esophageal cancer after being given general anesthesia.
