Title: Stress Reaction on Inserting Gastric Canal Undergoing Different Methonds
Abstract: Objective:To observe stress reaction of the patients to inserting gastric canal with different methods. Methods: Eighty patients undergoing inserting gastric canal were randomly divided 4 groups: groupⅠ(routine method),group Ⅱ(topical anesthesia),group Ⅲ(vein sedation),group Ⅳ(endotracheal tube to conduction). The variations of SBP and HR before inserting gastric canal(T1),going at throat(T2),going at stomach(T3) were monitored. The time and frequency of operation, the discomfortableness(nausea, vomit, lacrimation and respiratory depression) were all recorded. Results: The SBP and HR in groupⅠ,group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ at T2,T3 higher were at T1,but the variation in group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ were not more obviously than in groupⅠ;The variations of SBP and HR in group Ⅳ were not obvious. The time of operation in group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ,group Ⅳ were shorter than that in groupⅠ,and those discomfortableness were less. Conclusion: Topical anesthesia and vein sedation before inserting gastric canal can obviously depress stress reaction during operation, endotracheal tube to conduction after tracheal intubation can not nearly create stress reaction.
