Title: Training and Assessment of Teachers' Professional Abilities in Higher Vocational Education-Taking Marketing Teachers in Guangdong Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example
Abstract: The professional ability research of higher vocational teachers should embody the vocational teachers' professional connotation and characteristics. The paper studies the professional theories, practice ability and teaching methods of higher vocational teachers from the aspects of occupation connotation which includes education background, ability, achievement and leadership, and professional elements which include professional knowledge, practice and culture. Based on the above analysis,promoting professional ability training and assessment of marketing teachers in Guangdong higher vocational colleges is discussed.
