Title: Efficiency of budesonide suspension combining with terbutaline inhalation for acute onset of bronchial asthma
Abstract: Objective: To observe the efficiency of budesonide suspension combining with terbutaline inhalation for acute onset of bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 57 patients with acute stage of asthma were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(27 patients). Both groups were given conventional anti-inflammatory,expectorant,and aminophylline treatment, while the treatment group was also given extra inhalation of bricanyl respules(4 mL) combinging with aerosol inhalation(2 mL),twice per day. Results: There were no significant differences in observed paramaters before treatment(P 0.05),while the treatment group showed significant better improvements in symptoms and signs than the control group(P0.05).Conclusions: Inhalation of budesonide combing with bricanyl can improve lung function and relevant symptoms and signs in short time for patients with acute stage of bronchial asthma.
