Title: Clinical Observation of the Budesonide Combined with Inhalation of Salbutamol Sulfate Treatment in Children with Bronchial Asthma
Abstract: Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the budesonide combined with inhalation of salbutamol sulfate treatment in children with bronchial asthma.Methods:in our hospital the confirmed 96 cases of children with bronchial asthma during February 2007~May 2008 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group with conventional therapy plus aminophylline and intravenous drip adrenocorticotropic hormone;Observation Group with budesonide and nebulized inhalation of salbutamol sulfate besides conventional treatment,were observed cure rate and relieved time of the main symptoms and signs.Results:Children in observation group with cough,asthma,wheezing sound disappeared significantly than the control group,the differences were significant.Conclusion:treatment of Budesonide combined with inhalation of salbutamol sulfate in childhood asthma is fast,having significant effect.
