Title: Effect of H Type Hypertension and Acute Coronary Syndrome
Abstract: Objective To investigate the association between H-hypertension and Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS).Methods 130 patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012.According to different levels of hypertension homocysteine(Hcy),they were divided into the H-hypertension group(Hcy≥10 μmol/L) with 69 patients and the simple hypertension group(Hcy10 μmol/L)with 61 patients.Hcy,triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) of patients with ACS and patients without ACS in the H-hypertension group were compared. Results The Hcy and hs-CRP level of the two group patients with ACS was both significantly higher than that of those without ACS(P0.05),and the other observation indexes had no significant differences(P0.05).The proportion of patients with ACS in the H-hypertension group was significantly higher than that of the simple hypertension group(P0.05).Conclusion H-hypertension is closely related to ACS and inflammatory reaction. If Hcy levels can be effectively reduced, the incidence of acute cardiovascular events may be decreased.
