Title: Design of a Catadioptric System for Laser Bull's-eye Observation Lens
Abstract: The optical system design of laser bull's observation lens is introduced. The problem that the permeation ratio of ordinary optical glass is too lower at wavelength of 200 nm is solved by using reflective optical system instead of refractive optical system.Reflector is propitious to correct chromatic aberration at wavelength scope of 200~800 nm,because reflector itself does not introduce chromatic aberration.Symmetrical reflective system is chosen to correct off-axis aberrations.Because there is no aspheric mirror in this system, corrector lens(material JGS1)is used to correct spherical aberration introduced by spherical mirrors and airproof window. The thicknesses of refractive lens is controlled to a thin value to make chromatic aberration among the aberration margin of Rayleigh criterion.Well imaging quality is achieved.
