Title: Volue of Multi-slice Spiral CT Perfusion Imaging for Peripheral Lung Cancer
Abstract: Objective To investigate the feasibility on assessing peripheral lung cancer angiogenesis in vivo by multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging. Methods A total of 70 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules underwent perfusion scan with multi-slice spiral CT scanner. The parameters of CT perfusion including blood volume (BV),blood flow (BF),mean transit time (MTT),permeability surface (PS) were analyzed. The peripheral lung cancer were detected by SP immunohistochemical method, and then performed microvessel density (MVD) counting. Results BF、BV of the malignant were significantly correlated with MVD (P0.01).Conclusion MSCT perfusion imaging can provide the quantitative perfusion information of peripheral lung cancer, which can be helpful in the diagnosis and discrimination.
