Title: Research of Preoperative Diagnosis on CT NSCIC Mediastinal Lymph Node Metastasis
Abstract: Objective:Explore the diagnostic value of preoperative CT examination of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)of patients with hilar and mediastinal lymph node metastasis.Methods:Analysis of 52 cases with complete data of NSCLC patients in our hospital surgery,all patients had preoperative CT hilar and mediastinal lymph node description and pathological examination,lymph node metastasis of the results.Results:CT examination hilar and mediastinal lymph node metastasis,the overall sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 67.4%,84.4%,80.8%.Conclusions:CT is an important examination method evaluation of NSCLC patients with hilar and mediastinal lymph node metastasis,depending on the size of the lymph node diameter to provide an effective mediastinal lymph node metastasis.
