Title: The comparison Between Lamivudine and Adefovir Dipivoxil for Anti-virus Therapeutic Efficacies in Chronic Hepatitis B
Abstract: Objective To observe clinical effect of lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil on the patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Fijfty-six patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:24 patients in group Ⅰwere taken adefovir dipivoxil 10 mg once a day,for 4~12 months(the mean of 7.5 months);32 in groupⅡ were administrated with lamivudine 100mg once a day.Rusults The clinical status, the effect and the negative rate of HBV-DNA,the incidence of side reaction, the mean time of rebound, the time of ALT recovery were not statistical difference between groupsⅠand Ⅱ;the mean time of effect was 105.00±21.21 days, the rebound rate of HBV-DNA was 10%,the ALT recovery rate was 92% in groupⅠ,and there were differences between the two groups. The two drugs weren't cross drug resistance;the therapeutic effect in children was worse. Conclusion No cross drug resistance and low rebound rate were two characters of adefovir dipivoxil, which has broad prosepect because of its high effectivity and good safety.Adefovir dipivoxil should be used together with immune regulater in child for high response.
