Title: Modified CORDIC Algorithm and Implementation Based on FPGA
Abstract: Traditional CORDIC algorithm needs to utilize time-multiplier and look-up table to realize the transcendence function,which leads to hardware circuit complex,lower operation speed.Aiming at the defects of traditional CORDIC algorithm,an improved CORDIC algorithm is proposed,and FPGA realizing scheme is prepared.It does not need to module calibration factor and lookup tables,and by the simple add-subtract and shift operation the transcendence function can be realized,which can reduce hardware costs,improve operational performance.
