Title: Preparation and Properties of Aspirin Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Microspheres
Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres( MIPs) were prepared via precipitation polymerization using aspirin as template, which showed high selectivity and compatibility. The ultraviolet spectrum was used to inspect the interaction between template molecule and functional monomer, select the appropriate functional monomer and determine the coordination proportion of the template molecule and functional monomer. The equilibrium adsorption experiment was used to discuss the binding performance and the results showed that the binding capability of the imprinted polymer was higher than the non-imprinted polymer microspheres( NIPs) to aspirin. The scatchard analysis showed that one class of the same nature of compatibility binding sites was formed on the imprinted polymer microspheres with the maximum apparent binding constant 37. 97 mg / g. The performance of the imprinted polymer microspheres showed a good selectivity to template.
