Title: Determination of contents of ginsenoside Rg_1 and ginsenoside Re in Shenyu granule by RP-HPLC
Abstract: Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re in Shenyu granule.Methods Dikma C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was applied with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1 phosphate acid water(20∶ 80) and the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detective wavelength was set at 203 nm.The calibration curve method was investigated to determine the contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re.Results Ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re showed a good linear relationship between the concentration and the peak area in the range of 0.168-1.68 mg/ml and 0.295-1.475mg/ml,respectively.The average recovery was 98.38%(RSD=0.89%) and 97.21%(RSD=1.87%),respectively.Conclusion The established method is sensitive and repeatable,and can effectively control the quality of Shenyu granule.
