Title: Primary study of dose-effect relationship between Compound Danshen Tubal Perfusion and fallopian tube obstruction
Abstract: Objective To observe the curative effect of Compound Danshen Tubal Perfusion( CDTP) on fallopian tube obstruction,as well as to explore the best dose and dose-effect relationship. Methods 50 fallopian tube obstruction patients were enrolled in this study after successful fallopian tube recanalization. Patients treated with CDTP were divided into 3 groups according to different dosage of CDTP( Group A: 2ml; Group B: 5ml; Group C: 8ml). Patients in the control group were treated with Danshen injection( Danshen injection 5ml + normal saline 5ml). A 12 months follow-up survey was performed to evaluate the rate of tubal patency and pregnancy rate within 1 year. Results The group B has the highest success rate of recanalization, the control group took the second place, then group is the team in group A and group C. After 12 months of follow-up of fallopian tube patency rate, jammed and occlusion rate, which of the study group was lower than those of control group, and the group B was the lowest, and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza concentration too high or too low will affect the success rate of recanalization, and compound salvia miltiorrhiza tubal perfusion liquid can significantly reduce the jammed and occlusion rate caused by adhesion.
