Title: Experimental Study on Synthesis of Boehmite(γ-AlOOH) Nanocrystals via Hydrothermal Route
Abstract: Nanocrystalline boehmite(γ-AlOOH) was very suitable to used as catalyst support because of its vast surface.Experimental study on synthesis of boehmite nanocrystals via hydrothermal route by using sodium hydroxide and aluminum chloride hexahydrate as precursors was described.Boehmite nanocrystals about 20 nm were synthesized at 105~160 ℃.The combination of X-ray diffraction(XRD) spectrum,high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),and EDS provided a description of crystallite structure and composition.Through analying the data of systhesis process,the key affects of preparation of nanocrystals with hydrothremal route and theories were proposed.
