Title: Construction of Fingerprinting Map for Seven Pea Cultivars by SSR Marker
Abstract: The genome DNA of the main cultivated pea cultivars in Northwest China was amplified by SSR to construct the fingerprint.The results showed that 6 pairs SSR primers of 21 pairs could amplify polymorphic DNA fragments,among which PSAC75 could make every cultivar have own characteristic spectra.Based on this,the SSR technique could identify the differences of pea cultivars in the DNA level and provide the technical support for molecular marker-assisted breeding.
