Title: Analysis of Danshensu and Protocatechuic Aldehyde in Compound Danshen Dropping Pill by High Performance Liquid Chromatoraphy
Abstract: Objective To separate and determine Dunshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Compound Danshen Dropping Pill.Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follow:Nucleosil C18 column.A mixture of methanol-water-acetic acid glacial(19∶80∶1)as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1 ml per minute and the detection wavelength at 279 nm.Phydroxybenoic acid was used as internal standard.Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 10~80 mg/L for Danshensu and 2~16 mg/L for protocatechuic aldehyde.The average recovery of Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde were 99.4%and 99.5%,and RSD were 1.6%and 1.5%.Conclusion This method is accurate,simple and convenient,rapid and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of compound Danshen Dropping Pill.
